To access PM3time enter the URL https://pm3time.bestoutcome.com into any web browser. (going to the same URL using HTTP protocol will redirect to HTTPS)
Logging In
When your user ID is first set up, you should receive an email from your organisation’s administrator containing:
Login ID: e.g. Joe.Bloggs
Company or Group Code: this will be based on your company name
Password: your password is case sensitive. It is recommended that you change your password after you have logged in for the first time.
You need all three items to log in. If you do not receive these details please contact your administrator.
After 4 unsuccessful attempts to login, your account will be locked, you will have to contact your local administrator to unlock your account and possibly provide you with new login details.
If you would like to speed up login then you can add you login ID and group code to the URL and bookmark this, as follows:
https://pm3time.bestoutcome.com/?loginid=<your loginid> &groupcode=<your group code>
Forgot Password
If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password” option.
You will need to provide your Login ID, email address and Company Code and your password will be emailed to you
