This subtab is accessed by selecting a Person from the Persons List, and clicking the Utilisation subtab.
On this page, rule cards can be assigned to a person between specific dates, along with a utilisation target. In order to do this, at least one Rule card must have been created on the Admin > Utilisation page.
Note that the date ranges for each Rule card membership cannot overlap.
