For new users (first time Login), registration invite link with User Name and group code is emailed automatically to each user when they are created. This link is timestamped. User can setup the password and Security question answer by using this link in valid time.
Login is performed on the Home Page found at https://pm3time.bestoutcome.com (going to the same URL using HTTP protocol will redirect to HTTPS) You need to provide your User Name (Login ID), Company or Group Code, and your password.
You can shorten the typing during login by creating a desktop shortcut with parameters on:
https://pm3time.bestoutcome.com/?loginid=XXXXX&groupcode=YYYYY where XXXXX is your Login ID and YYYYY is your Group Code.
On successful login, the default page you are taken to is the Timesheet page.
Administrators will see an “Admin” tab in the top right. Clicking this will produce a dropdown of pages you can access.
