This page contains the same information as the ‘Subscription’ page from old PM3time layout.
When a company is set up to gain access to PM3Time, it is given a Subscription record by the PM3time Registrar. This contains many of the settings chosen by the company, such as what currency to use, or what time unit should be used (e.g. hourly or daily), and the expiry date of the license.
At the bottom of the page are tick-boxes which enable additional functionality:
“Show Clients in Timesheet” will enable the Clients field to appear in the Timesheet Task selection
“Show Custom Role in Timesheet” will enable the Role field to appear in the Timesheet Task selection
- “Use Resource Groups” will also enable the Resource Groups page to appear in the Admin dropdown menu
“Use Expenses” enables Admin to show/hide the Expenses tab
“Allow PMs to edit Timesheet” enables project managers to edit timesheets.
“Enable Project Alerts” will send out email alerts to the Primary Admin when someone is added to a Project, a new Project is setup or any project related activity changes.
- “Use Advanced Task Payment Types” adds additional columns to the Projects > Task subtab to associate task with Payment types.
The Chase Late Submitters can be used to remind users who are late, to submit their timesheets (after week end), and the Chase Late Approvers can be used to remind approvers who are late, to approve the timesheets they have received.
- The Currency field is now a dropdown with set values
- Tax label can be set for custom tax types
- Contract End Grace Period, allows admin to define a ‘grace period’ for user end dates, wherein a user will still be able log in to PM3 ‘X’ number of days after their end date has expired but are only able to view their timesheets & expenses
