Adding a Person

All fields marked with * need to be filled in in order to create a person.

There are 3 License Roles available:

  1. STD for a Standard User
  2. ADM for an Administrator
  3. MGR for a Project Manager

Click either the ‘Save’ or ‘Save and Exit’ icon in the tool ribbon to complete the process of adding the user. Newly added user receives invite in email with login details.

The information on this page can be redisplayed by clicking the newly created person in the Persons List.

When creating an Administrator or Project Manager level user, an extra region will appear at the bottom of the overview pane that allows you to define the Resource Groups that this user can manage. For administrators, this field has no bearing on accessibility as the admin already has full access to the system, however for Project Managers this will grant access on the Approvals tab for timesheets of users that are in the Resource Groups assigned to the manager here.
