Workflow Status

Every plan has a Workflow Status of Proposed when first created. It may then be changed to Approved (when the relevant project approval has been obtained), then Active (when the project starts, at which stage, a baseline is created), then Live (when the system/service/product has been delivered to the customer) and finally Terminated (when the system/service/product has been replaced or is redundant). Plan icons are shown in White if a Plan has Workflow Status of Proposed, Grey if Approved, Red/Amber/Green if Active (or, depending on configuration options, Approved), Blue if Live and Black if Terminated.

Only a Project Manager or an Admin can move the Workflow Status forward, whilst only an admin can move it backwards.
