The hierarchic structure of a BCP, Programme or Project called a Plan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). At the top of the hierarchy is the BCP (e.g. 'Relocate Head Office'). At the next level is a Programme (e.g. the Building Construction programme, the IT programme, the HR programme). At the next (bottom) level is a Project (e.g. within the IT programme, the Mainframe Relocation project, the Server Farms relocation project). Plans in each of these three levels in the WBS hierarchy are generically called Plans.
