Sorting

  • Sorting on table within pm3 is possible by clicking on the column header of the desired column.
  • The sort rule for hierarchies: hierarchy structure is maintained - sorting occurs within that structure. For example - Home>BCPs - sort by Planned Date. This will sort BCPs by Planned Date and within the BCP, its programmes will be sorted by Planned Date and within a Programme, its projects will be sorted by Planned Date.
  • If the BCPs were also filtered by Delivery Status Red (in Show/Hide Advanced Filters), then only red BCPs would be shown, but all their child programmes and projects would be included whether or not they were red.
  • If the BCPs were also filtered by Delivery Status Red (in table column header), then only red BCPs would be shown, and only their red child programmes and projects would be included.
