Root Portfolio

When a licensed user X is added to the system a 'special' Portfolio is created called 'X's Root Portfolio'. All of user X's

Personal Portfolios will be grouped under this Portfolio. Similarly the PM3 system is supplied with the 'Organisational Root Portfolio' under which all Organisational Portfolios are grouped. Root Portfolios cannot be changed in any way by users of the system.
