- Allows Resource Managers to control which Resources are assigned to which Roles.
- There is a Default Role which contains all the people not in any Role Type.
- You must choose which Resource Type the resource needs to added to. You can then choose the ‘AddNew Person; icon at the top of the screen.
- Inactive Roles will be hidden by default, they can be displayed by clicking the Settings Cog in the tool ribbon.
- Right-clicking on a table row within the table provides the option to add a new manager to the group.
