Role Membership

  1. Allows Resource Managers to control which Resources are assigned to which Roles.
  2. There is a Default Role which contains all the people not in any Role Type.
  3. You must choose which Resource Type the resource needs to added to. You can then choose the ‘AddNew Person; icon at the top of the screen.
  4. Inactive Roles will be hidden by default, they can be displayed by clicking the Settings Cog in the tool ribbon.
  5. Right-clicking on a table row within the table provides the option to add a new manager to the group.
