There are multiple Admin pages to allow Resource Managers to specify Capacity (overall availability) of people, and also pages that control Resource Pools – who is in them and who can manage them.
A Resource Manager is a person with an Admin license who is a member of the UI Group Resource Manager. As members of this group, Resource Managers can access pages appropriate to their role, but not other Admin pages. Administrators in the UI Group ALL can of course access all the new pages.
