Report Frequency

The Frequency of a report in is either Daily, Weekly, 2-Weekly, 4-Weekly, Calendar Monthly (or By Custom Period, if this has been configured) or Quarterly (and defaults to Weekly). If set to Weekly then every 7 days from the Start Date the report will be sent to the Report Recipient. If set to Calendar Monthly then every calendar month on the day of the month set in the Start Date the report will be sent to the Report Recipient; for example, if the Start Date is 6th June then the second report will be sent on the 6th July (note, therefore, that if a date of 31st January is set as the Start Date then no report will be sent to the Report Recipient in February, April, June, September or November since these months do not include a 31st.) If set to Quarterly then every 3 calendar months (or 3 periods, if custom periods have been configured) on the day of the month set in the Start Date the report will be sent to the Report Recipient; for example, if the Start Date is 6th June then the second report will be sent on the 6th September (note, therefore, that if a date of 31st January is set as the Start Date then no report will be sent to the Report Recipient in April).

NB: Reports start to be sent at midnight of the end of the day set as the Start Date.
