Selecting Tools > Refresh Status Definitions (tools cog) in the Menu allows you to refresh the contents of the Status table of the Delivery Status page under the Governance tab. Selecting this will refresh the table with the status definitions currently set by the PM3 Administrators and will reset all delivery status lights to white. It will also clear any status Explanations set. Note that this does not affect history records Note that only PM3 Administrators or the Plan
Owner or the Plan Creator of Plans can Refresh Status Definitions and only if the Plan is open at the Governance tab.
