Selecting Tools > Refresh Gateways (tools cog) allows you to refresh the contents of the Gateways in the Plan’s Gateways page under the Governance tab and refresh the Gateway Set in the Plan’s Milestone Plan tab. Selecting this will refresh the Gateways with the Default Set of Gateway Definitions currently set by the PM3 Administrators. Note that this will remove any existing Gateway assessments and remove all existing Gateway Milestones (and their dependencies) even if they are Completed Gateway Milestones.
Note: Only PM3 Administrators or the Plan Owner or the Plan Creator of Plans can Refresh Gateways and only if the Plan is open at the Gateways page of the Governance tab or open at the Milestone Plan tab. It may be necessary to refresh the data on the Plan Details page after using the Refresh Gateways functionality in order to show changes in the Gateway Set and Gateway Status areas.
