- Go to the Sites tab (found on the far right of the Home tabs, it may have been renamed by Admin).
- Select the Site Name of the site you wish to Propagate.
- Click the Propagate Plans button in the Tool ribbon.
- Select a project from the list.
- If a project is being propagated for the first time, it does not matter which option is chosen from the Retain Dates popup, as the dates will be taken from the source project. If propagating a plan to a hotel a second time, choose ‘Copy From Source’ to overwrite the date fields in the current project with the ones from the original, or choose ‘Keep Existing’ to use the dates set in the current project.
- Click Yes to confirm the Propagation.
- Wait for the loader in the bottom right of the screen to complete.
- Go to the Projects tab and find the newly created project. It will have a new in the form 'Site Name-Date TimeSource Project Name.
