A Milestone, Risk or Issue that is promoted (to or from the current level in the WBS has a barred 'pyramid'. This appears in the 'Promotions' column of the Milestone Page or Issues Page or Risks Page. The number of stacked horizontal green bars in the pyramid indicates where in the WBS the Milestone, Issue or Risk is replicated (as a result of promotions) e.g. two upper level bars indicate a Programme Milestone, Issue or Risk that has been promoted; three bars indicate a Project Milestone, Issue or Risk that has been promoted twice; and so on. Note that wherever a Milestone, Issue or Risk appears in the WBS it will have the same Promotion Pyramid symbol.
