Programme

A Programme is a collection of Projects that have a common objective, viz. realizing the goals of the overarching Programme. A Programme is the middle level of the WBS planning hierarchy. Programmes may be independent (i.e. not attached to a BCP and without Project children) or may be attached to a BCP or may have Project Children.

When selecting your Programme, you will have access to the following tabs:

Note: if you cannot see any of the tabs listed above, it will be because your Administrator has ‘deselected’ those missing tabs from your profile. Contact your Administrator to switch these tabs on.

Programme Name

Programme Names must be unique within parent, i.e unique within the BCP. The Programme Name (if it is an

Independent Programme at the top of its WBS hierarchy) must also be unique within all Portfolios which it is a member.

Programme Owner

The Programme Owner is the Owner/Manager name in the Details page of a Programme Plan and in the header line of all pages in that Programme.
