Priority Matrix

  • The scores for Value and Exposure are calculated on the Value and Exposure tabs of each plan, for More information, see the ‘Value and Exposure Pages’ section of this document.
  • The Matrix is then divided into thirds on each axis: 0 to 3.33, 3.34+ to 6.67, 6.68 to 10. Each plan has 2 values in this range and can be located in the matrix.
