The Portfolio Benefits tab summarises in one table the Benefits from all Benefits Plan pages of all Plans in the Portfolio (an d its children and grandchildren, etc.). Variances are displayed as Numeric or Percentage according as selected in the ‘Show Variances As’ filter.
Note that any Plan displayed can be opened by double-clicking on its row.
To change the columns displayed:
- Right-click on the headings bar
- Select columns to view/hide in the Column Selector
- Click Save
The middle view shows all of the benefits of a portfolio, grouped by benefit, with the benefit totals broken down by plans. This shows the total of each benefit and its breakdown across plans.
