The Planned Date of a Milestone in a Milestone Plan is the planned completion date agreed when the Project was originally planned and signed-off. The Planned Date of any Milestone should only ever be changed if the entire plan is being re-baselined (after that re-baselining has been agreed with the Project Review Board). Slippages from the Planned Date should be recorded in the Revised Date
