Plan
A ‘Plan’ is a generic term for a Project, Programme or BCP Plan; these are the three ‘Plan Types’. PM3 Administrators can create Portfolios, which are always Organisational Portfolios that are all owned by an owner called ‘PM3 Admin’ (irrespective of which PM3 Administrator created them).
Each Plan in PM3 is divided into the following tabs:
- Definition
- Governance
- Team
- Resources
- Finances
- Delivery
- Agile
- Actions
- RAIDD
- Maturity
- Exposure
- Benefits
- Reports
Note: if you cannot see any of the tabs listed above, it will be because your Administrator has ‘deselected’ those missing tabs from your profile. Contact your Administrator to switch these tabs on.
