A Mnemonic Plan Code (2-character) is a mnemonic originally generated by PM3, but which can (optionally) be changed by you to something meaningful. For example, the Stock Reconciliation Project might be given the Code ‘SR’. These codes appear as prefixes to Risks and Issues so making them meaningful can help identify the source of them when they appear, promoted, in a higher-level Plan
