The Issues page in the RAIDD log allows you to define and change the BCP/Programme/Project’s (i.e. Plan’s) Issues. Note that the red shading behind Issues simply designates the Top 5 or 3 (depending on the report selected) Open and Accepted Delivery Issues that will appear in the Dashboard reports. The purpose of the red shading is to tell you that ‘these specific issues now appear in the Dashboard and if you wish some other issues to appear there then you must take some specific action (e.g. Prioritise or drag/drop Issues)’.
