The Governance tab allows you to
- define, maintain and report summaries of Plan progress, gateway status, resource status and financial status
- define, maintain and report the delivery status of Plans based on objective criteria that are context sensitive to the inherent risks of Plan failure
- report and track the overall status of Plans by management ‘dashboards’ with ‘traffic light’ indicators, allowing drilling down on areas of concern
