Genie

  • The PM3 Genie is a dynamic help facility, that will aid users in their understanding of pm3.
  • As this is currently in beta, this feature is restricted to just the Milestone Plan page.
  • The Genie is awakened via a new menu item at the top right. o On clicking, you will see presented 5 different ways in which a user could learn about the page. See first screenshot below.
    • Option 2 – targeted help – shows a list of potential issues with the current data on the page, and whether you plan has addressed them or not. See second screenshot below. o Option 3 – steps you through actions on the page, moving the black genie box to the point in the page where you need to perform the action. See screenshots 3 and 4 below.
    • Option 4 – display videos that will give an overview of the page
    • Option 5 – Shows dashlets that display information relating to the page.
