Gantt – Ordering

On refresh, Summary tasks, Milestones and Tasks are displayed in the Standard Summary Task order which is default order they were added. By using drag and drop on rows, you can change the Standard Summary Task Order, which will be remembered if you refresh the page. You can temporarily change the order in which rows are displayed by clicking on any column header to sort, ascending or descending o This does not affect the Standard Summary Task Order and if you refresh after a sort, the display is returned to the Standard Summary Task Order When temporary order is applied, following functionality is not available. Summary Tasks o Options to add new Summary Task, Milestone and Task. o Drag drop rows up-down. Expand/Collapse Summary Tasks o Indent/Outdent rows Reset the temporary order by clicking on ‘Revert to Standard Summary Task order’ icon This will reset the order to the Standard Summary Task order. Summary tasks and all other related functionality will be available.
