Gantt Chart – Moving Tasks

Tasks can be moved between Milestones by right clicking a Task, selecting Edit and in the General tab of the Task Edit popup, changing the Milestone to the destination Milestone. 
Tasks can be detached in a similar manner, simply by selecting the "<plan>" option in the dropdown.
