Under the Tools Cog, next to the Admin menu (top right), you will find the option Import Financial Statuses. This opens a dialog which allows you to select a prepared Excel file for uploading.
- To get an idea of the format required, click the Download Template button at the top right of the dialog.
- If you happen to be looking at a Financial Status page during an import, you need to click Refresh to see the changes once the import is complete.
- The import mechanism works like all others in PM3. When the file is first loaded, it is automatically checked, and rows which are erroneous are displayed in pink. In this case, none of the file entries are loaded. In this case, you should go back to the original file and correct it and then reload the whole file again.
