Delivery Status

  • Management escalation field can be hidden via admin > general
  • Automatic committing to previous is controlled by admin flag “Auto commit delivery status at period end”
  • Delivery Status RAG changes for factors are only allowed for plans in workflow status designated in Admin>General.
  • By default, only Admins can modify historical periods, users with a Team (UT), Executive (EX), Creator (UW) or Reader (UR) licence type cannot.
    • However, admins may change settings under Admin > General to allow users with write access to the plan to edit historical periods up to X days ago, where X is the admin defined “X days left of redline” value.
  • Period duration for delivery status is set on the Admin > General page.
