Dashboard
On the Home > Dashboard page, the Cog in the Tool Ribbon opens a Dashboard Design Tool. You can choose which dashlets to show, where you want to put them, and how big they should be.
Below is the default dashlet view, these can be changed by dragging-and-dropping to/from the ‘Unused Dashlets’ section, or my clicking and dragging the edge of one of the dashlets to resize them.
Dashboard – Workflow Status dashlet
The Workflow Status Dashlet shows the number of plans in each workflow status – both as number and chart bar as shown below. You can click on a diamond, and the plans that make up the total in that diamond are listed on the right. You can then click-through a plan row to open the plan itself.
Dashboard – Multiple Views
Multiple dashboard views can exist so a user to choose quickly between different saved views. These can be created and saved from the Views popup (shown in the ‘Dashboard’ section). In addition, your local Admin can create some shared public views available for all.
Saved views can be simply selected from the dropdown.
