Change Plan Description

1. Open your plan.
2. Select the Description page under the Definition tab of the Plan.

1. Optionally enter Plan Description.
2. Optionally enter Key Objectives of the Plan.
3. Optionally enter the Impact of Non-Implementation. This is the impact on the business of this Plan not being approved. (Note this field may have been changed by your Administrator).
4. Optionally enter the Plan’s Scope i.e. its business, functional and technical boundaries.
5. Optionally enter the Plan’s Key (End User) Deliverables. These are the systems, services or products to be delivered to the customer of the Plan. (Note this field may have been changed by your Administrator).
6. Optionally enter the Key Influences & Dependencies. These are the internal/external factors that will affect the successful delivery of the Plan’s Key (End User) Deliverables. (Note this field may have been changed by your Administrator).

Changes made will be saved automatically.
