Change Action
To change an Action in a Plan or Home:
- Select the Actions tab in the Plan or Home.
- Select the Action from the Kanban view.
- Click the cog next to the action
- Enter the Action Description.
- Select Action Type.
- Enter/select Raised By (Note the only users selectable are ones that have at least ‘Assignee’ access on the plan).
- Optionally enter/select Assigned To (Note the only users selectable are ones that have at least ‘Assignee’ access on the plan).
- Optionally select Due Date.
- Optionally select Date Closed.
- Optionally override the Delivery Status.
- Optionally change the Action Status.
- Optionally change the Action Priority.
- Optionally enter Resolution.
- Optionally add an Attachment.
Changes will be saved automatically.
