Change Action

To change an Action in a Plan or Home:

  1. Select the Actions tab in the Plan or Home.
  2. Select the Action from the Kanban view.
  3. Click the cog next to the action
  4. Enter the Action Description.
  5. Select Action Type.
  6. Enter/select Raised By (Note the only users selectable are ones that have at least ‘Assignee’ access on the plan).
  7. Optionally enter/select Assigned To (Note the only users selectable are ones that have at least ‘Assignee’ access on the plan).
  8. Optionally select Due Date.
  9. Optionally select Date Closed.
  10. Optionally override the Delivery Status.
  11. Optionally change the Action Status.
  12. Optionally change the Action Priority.
  13. Optionally enter Resolution.
  14. Optionally add an Attachment.

       Changes will be saved automatically.
