BCP

A BCP (Business Change Programme) is the highest level of the WBS planning hierarchy. It may be independent or include Programme children, which in turn may include Project children. Note the BCP may have been renamed by your Administrator. NB: A BCP Name must be unique within all Portfolios of which it is a member.
