Add Plans to a Portfolio
To add a selection of Plans to a Portfolio: Use Shift-Click or Ctrl-Click to select the Plans in the Home Window BCPs, Programmes or Projects tab. Click Add Plans icon (blue icon) to Portfolios. Select the required Portfolio in the Choose Portfolio popup. Click Select button. Note that if the selected list includes expandable items (e.g. Programmes with child Projects) and they are not expanded then their children will also be added to the chosen Portfolio. Therefore, for example, if you select two rows/BCPs in the BCPs tab and each of these expand out to two child Programmes each with two child Projects then 14 Plans will be added to the chosen Portfolio, the two BCPs, 4 Programmes and 8 Projects.
