Add Plan Access Permissions

When a plan is created no one other than the Administrators or the plan owner can see, read or update the plan. To add read or update rights to a plan:

  1. Open a plan and click Team.
  2. Then click the Add Person to Team icon on the Tool ribbon.

  1. Add information on the new person to the pop-up box.

  1. Click Add to save the new person and hide the dialogue box.
  2. Once the new person is added you can select the access cell and award appropriate access.

Note: Access to a plan for any other access than ‘assignee’ will not be allowed by PM3 if the person who is being assigned access does not have a license for PM3.
