Add Financials

Adding financial data can be done on the Governance > Financial Status tab, and can be entered in 3 sections:

  • To Date
  • This Period
  • To End (Whole Project)



Financials can be added at all plan levels. When viewing financials at the Programme and BCP levels, additional rows will be visible to show the summation of all the financials that are at the lower level plans beneath that plan (either programme for BCP or projects for programmes).

Budgets can only be added or amended if the workflow status is in the first or second position. If the workflow status has reached the third workflow status or beyond, the budget is baselined and cannot be amended. If a new baseline is approved then contact your Administrator to move the workflow status to the second position and the budget can then be amended.

Data can only be entered on this page if the Source is set to be 'Summary-Driven', this setting can be found in the Control section of the page. If it is set to 'Detail-Driven', then the page will become read-only, as it pulls data from the Financials tab (shown below)
