Open a Plan and click Governance / Financial Status tab. Enter Financial information for:
- To Date
- This Period
- To End (Whole Project)
Note: Budgets can only be added or amended if the workflow status is in the first or second position. If the workflow status has reached the third workflow status or beyond, the budget is baselined and cannot be amended. If a new baseline is approved then contact your Administrator to move the workflow status to the second position and the budget can then be amended.
Financials can only be added at the project level as the Programme and BCP financials are the summation of all the financials that are at the lower level plans (either programme for BCP or projects for programmes.
