Add a Risk/Issue
- Select the plan (Project, Programme or BCP) and click the RAIDD tab.
 - Ensure Risks & Issues is either in Split View or on a setting where changes you will make will be visible Risks only is selected using the radio buttons on the top left of the screen.
 - Click the Add Risk or Add Issue from the tool ribbon to add an individual risk or issue, and complete the fields that are marked as mandatory.
 - On the pop-up click ‘Show/Hide Advanced Options’ if you want to fill in more fields.

 - Click Save.
