Add a Risk/Issue

  1. Select the plan (Project, Programme or BCP) and click the RAIDD tab.
  2. Ensure Risks & Issues is either in Split View or on a setting where changes you will make will be visible Risks only is selected using the radio buttons on the top left of the screen.
  3. Click the Add Risk or Add Issue from the tool ribbon to add an individual risk or issue, and complete the fields that are marked as mandatory.
  4. On the pop-up click ‘Show/Hide Advanced Options’ if you want to fill in more fields.
  5. Click Save.
