The plan or portfolio owner can control whether or not a user can read or update a specific Plan or a specific Portfolio or a specific Milestone. The Owners of Plans (or, in exceptional circumstances, PM3 Administrators) can give Creators who have been awarded Read Only access to the Plan Write access to specific Milestones in their Plans using Add Milestone Access Permissions.
Note that any user to be awarded Write access to any Milestone must at least have been awarded Read Only access to the Plan (since otherwise they could not even open the Plan to see the Milestone Plan/Chart pages).
Note also that any user who has been awarded read/write access to the Plan also has read/write access to all the Milestones in the Plan.
To award read or write access to a plan, go to the Team table and assign the correct permission to the plan.
If the person you want to assign access permissions to the plan is not listed in the team table, click the add person icon to add a new person to the team table.
Help > Support allows you to email BestOutcome Limited directly with queries about the use of the PM3 tool, to report errors and to request technical support; however, you should first seek support from your local PM3 Administrator (via phone or Help > Contact Admin)
