User Management

For Resource Managers, to be able to set advanced information against resources.

This includes the ability to:

  • to differentiate between contractors and permanent staff
  • to hide people who have left
  • to assign a Role upon user creation
  • to allow non people resources to be added to a Plan

                       - in fact, Resources can now be grouped by Admin-defined Types and Categories.

  • to identify different types of leave
  • to assign capacity – the number of days per week the person is available for. - If not specified, the resource inherits the capacity from his/her Role.

Fields on Admin>Licenses>Edit Person

  • Start Date / End Date
  • Role dropdown, populated from Resourcing>Resource Details
  • Type dropdown, populated from Admin>General>Resource Custom Dropdown>Resource Type

Category dropdown, populated from Admin>General>Resource Custom Dropdown>Resource Category
