The Status Definition page allows the Administrator to add/remove/edit key performance indicators by which plans will be measured by. Each KPI requires particular criteria for each RAG status as shown below:
Status Indicator field can be added to suit your organisation and its methodology, the definition should be a short sentence explaining the indicator. Criteria should be then added for each Status Indicator to determine whether that particular indicator is Red, Amber or Green. To add a new Status Indicator simply enter text in the bottom field with the red asterisk. To delete a Status indicator, highlight the row you would like to delete and click delete on the top left hand side of the page. In order to edit a Status indicator simply click into the field you would like to edit. Once the user has chosen a RAG status of each of the Status Indicators the system will calculate an Overall RAG status for that plan based on the RAG algorithm chosen in the General menu.
