Admin > Customization > Plan Status Definitions
Plan Status Definitions allows organisation to be able to define their own set of statuses for plans, which will contain one of four status “types”: Pending, Active, On-hold and Closed Admins can add multiple statuses but cannot edit the core status types. You can set plan status to whatever you wish, allowing users to filter by status type when using table filters.
Once the admin has set up their plan statuses, one may be chosen from the Plan > Details screen:
The new fields are purely documentary at present, but do offer in grid filtering opportunities on the home list screens:
