Partition Global Admin Settings

Other settings such as the list below, specify things which are common across all partitions.

We have a new licence available to help manage this separation – the Partition Admin licence (PW). With this licence, a person is able to manage all the partition-specific admin settings (for partitions of which s/he is a member), but not any of the global admin settings. The normal Admin licence (with which we are familiar) is able to administer both – but of course has to be in a particular partition in order to manage its partition Admin settings. This new licence can be set in the same way as setting any other licence on the Admin > Licences page.
