Microsoft Teams Integration
To integrate with Microsoft Teams, consult with your Account Manager in order to switch on the module.
Please refer to the admin help documentation for customization and functionality.
- Once linked, there are 2 main items of functionality available:
- Adding PM3 Team members to the MS Team
- Sending reports to the SharePoint file store of an MST channel, either manually or via scheduling.
- The Plan > Teams or Portfolio > Teams tab shows members of the PM3 team. A new column MS Teams, indicates whether or not the member is linked. You can add people in the PM3 Team into the linked MST Team, by clicking the
icon. Note this only works for people that are registered within the Microsoft Identity space i.e., Azure AD or within Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Graph.
