PM3 Introduction
PM3 is a Portfolio, Programme and Project Management (PPM) tool that supports project, programme and portfolio Managers. PM3 is a scalable and highly configurable toolset. Its key focus is on planning at different levels allowing users to promote or escalate milestones from projects to programmes to Business Change Programmes. Risk and Issues can also be promoted up the PM3 hierarchy.
This section of the knowledge base focuses on Admin user actions only. As an Administrator user, PM3 will enable an ‘Admin’ menu on the top right hand side of the screen.
From this menu you will be able to configure PM3 in order to best fit your organisation and the current methodology and terminology used to run projects. When clicking on the Admin menu, all options are displayed in a logical order. A description for the content of each option is detailed below.
