This page enables admins to make changes that will affect default Agile settings across pm3.
- The ‘Default user & technical story colour’ boxes allow for the default colour of these fields to be set for when a new User or Technical Story is created in the Plan > Agile pages.
- The ‘Default sprint length’ box allows for setting the default sprint length that is automatically inputted into the “Number weeks per sprint” field when adding a new sprint series.
- And the table allows for changing the name of the four story stages as well as which one indicates the story’s completion.
- The table shows six possible stages, each of which represent swim-lanes on the Agile > Scrumban page. The stages names themselves are customizable, along with setting whether a stage is a “complete stage” or not, as well as toggling their visibility on the Scrumban page, should fewer swim-lanes be needed.
