Change Plan Report Recipient

Open the plan.

  1. Select the Reports tab.
  2. Select Schedule from the Tool ribbon.
  3. Change the Report Recipient's email address
  4. Click Save.

NB: It is possible to schedule a report to be sent not to an email address but to a SharePoint folder by using the

Recipient of sharepoint@pm3.com. Batch reports get saved into a subfolder with the name of the Plan or Portfolio (together with its Plan ID to disambiguate Plans with the same name) and, as for emailed reports, the report name contains the date and the report type.

NB: After adding a Recipient the email address will disappear from the entry field and will be added to the dropdown table from which it can subsequently be selected.
